Vintage bustier, Calvin Klein tee, Charlotte Russe blazer, vintage belt, F21 pants & heels
So, I am completely head-over-heels (literally) for the whole lingerie-as-day wear trend going on for spring
I'm slightly irritated that the belt wouldn't stay on the waist of the pants, but that's what happens when belt loops aren't involved
also, you may have noticed, the impossible has been done:

My hair can actually be braided!! I'm probably way more excited than I should be, but I promise you, all other attempts in the past have failed since my hair's length and texture just won't allow anything.
Great bustier !
ReplyDeleteSoo jealous of the bustier/corset, it's amazing. And braids- how trendy :)
ReplyDeleteI love this outfit! It's so hard to find a good bustier. Love the pants too.

Totally English 1800s inspired. I love it. You look fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI learned to french braid my hair a few months ago and am so excited about it as well! I have so many random layers in my hair that it's impossible to braid, but since it's grown out a bit, it's a lot easier.

ReplyDeleteYour hair looks great! I was thinking mine is too short to braid, but it's just slightly longer than yours, so I should give it a shot.

ReplyDeleteI was just yesterday trying to style a dark blue ruffle-y eyelet bustier I found at Victoria Secret for $25 (total bliss to find something there that inexpensive!)- and I think I'll be attempting to wear it in public sometime this week. (But definitely with some sort of cardigan/sweater/enormous coat over it, as it's still snowing where I am!)
